Team Coordinator

Role

Due to FINTRAIL’s recent global expansion there has been a growing requirement to support the administrative and business functions as project delivery personnel work on their portfolios. While this position looks for an individual to provide this necessary support you will be exposed to a thriving FinTech consultancy and will also develop a good understanding of the efforts to combat financial crime within the industry.

The Team Coordinator will be accountable for a range of activities from administrative tasks such as travel bookings and office administration, through to problem solving and actively contributing to projects within the team as you develop your knowledge. Your core work will be split 50/50 between business administration, working with the Chief Operating Officer, and support for event management, with direction provided by the Global Community Director where you will be expected to identify key partners and clients, and maintain and develop successful relationships.

The Team Coordinator will provide full circle FinTech FinCrime Exchange (FFE) support including preparation and outward engagement, administration and delivery; ensuring content, tone and the running of the event is of the highest standard.
